Default Whats that gymnastic move called?

Whats that gymnastic move called where you lay flat on the floor and then you shoot your legs up and your body follows along and you stand up..uhh usually you see that in martial arts movies n etc.

well...it takes more strength than it looks like...you need a rather powerful core and be kinda light to do it...but you just use your legs to push down & your shoulders & core to push forward/up

He means the Chinese get up move. Don't know if it has a name. I've always heard it called a Chinese get up.

I donno but I think you have to press the square button and the circle button at the same time while jiggling the controler joystick.

Ive been told its called a "Nip" up. There is surely a better name for it. The moves involves your shoulders, arms and basically momentum. By bringing your legs up towards your head, rolling your back, and then forcing them foward, you gain momentum. The push you get from your hands, arms and shoulders adds to the force. Height and weight have nothing to do with it. Its all about getting your feet planted, and pulling your upper body to a standing position. Not hard, if you practice. Whats really hard, is doing it without using your hands, or arms. An example of that is Shawn Michaels in the WWE, he "Nips up" a lot without hands. Its impressive if you can do it either way.

maybe u should of tried it on yur bed first? thats how i do it and i can do it on my bed. cant do it quite yet on the floor though....
